I was saying to my Dad the other day...

"I'm glad I grew up and built a business in the decades I did."

I wouldn't want to be starting from scratch in the 2020s.

His response?

"You had it easy. My generation had it even better."

Maybe he's right.

Every generation seems to think the next one has a tougher road.

Business today moves faster.
Customers expect more.
Technology changes constantly.
Competition comes from everywhere.

And I can't help wondering what someone starting a business in 2046 will be saying.

"They had it easy back in 2026."

Maybe they will.

Every generation faces a different set of challenges.

The businesses that last aren't the ones that wish things were easier.

They're the ones that adapt.
