We work with you to produce an architectural design tailored to your specific needs.

Output:
• Conceptual Drawings (electronic)
• Plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• 3D Concept Images
• 3D CAD model (3D computer model of your design which you can access via your phone, notebook or laptop)

The concept design package is a preliminary package. It excludes consent work, developed and detailed design, structural, costing and coordination with consultants.

Our mission is to design a home specifically tailored for you from the ground up (no cookie-cutter designs).

Once you have a design from us, you to have freedom to take this design anywhere (local design-build company, draftsman etc).

We offer a fixed fee* for a conceptual design service which maximises value to the end user.

*1.5% of estimated construction cost (excluding GST) for delivery of architectural drawings and 3D CAD model to concept design level. See fee section below.

TINY STUDIO - A tiny studio/garage design on a small section with tight site constraints
