Engaging Well

Come and join Aperahama Hurihanganui for a discussion on Te Tiriti o Waitangi at Te Papa (Signs of a Nationa) on Saturday 2nd May. This date aligns with when the Raukawa Moana copy of Te Tiriti was signed in 1840.

Aperahama’s two sessions are for Māori, the first delivered in te reo Māori and the second in English. A further session for Tāngata Tiriti will be facilitated by Rebecca Sinclair, and Hinemoana Baker will be delivering two poetry workshops.
