Recipe date night!!!
So here is one I’ve made for the meat lovers. It’s a Shawarma meatloaf with caramelised onions! By Ottolenghi
Can’t say I’ve ever grated onion before, and the combination of spices were delicious
Coriander mint cumin, all spice, paprika, tumeric, cayenne. I’m learning a lot about flavours I haven’t combined before!
