Don’t train out of guilt of who you are or because you ‘should do it’

Connect the reason your training to do a deeper why & you’ll get better results & will be far more likely to do it. S**t, you may even enjoy it more!

Me personally I train because I want to feel good on a daily basis both now & when I’m 80 (hopefully 😅)
