Solidarity to everyone who’s been told their pain isn’t valid because of their age. 😂
The truth is back pain, hip tightness, and movement dysfunction don’t have an age requirement. I see it in athletes in their 20s just as much as people in their 50s and 60s.
The difference is never the age. It’s almost always the foundation.
