Crikey it’s hard to believe it’s been almost 12years since I created FXU VIBE. What a journey! 1 power plate to 6 commercial and 2 small machines in a large studio training up amazing trainers 🙏

2.5years ago I decided to simplify my life by downsizing and operating from home on my own. I’m truly grateful to work alongside beautiful people every day, my FXU family, many have been with me from the start💗

I have the privilege to laugh, dance, and sing daily, to be 100% unapologetically me ⭐️forever grateful🙏

Some wonderful Christmas shenanigans to be had at FXU VIBE this week.
