What do you love most about teaching at Results?

I love the relaxing atmosphere, being able to talk through the exercises and slow them down, and I love coaching so many amazing people 🥰

What’s one thing clients might not know about you?

I enjoy being in the gym and enjoy a wide range of exercises! (Walking, Running, Weights, Hiking, Snowboarding, Pickleball.)

What would you say to someone nervous about coming to class?

The hardest part is walking through the door! I can promise you after your first session you will be wondering why you worried so much! As coaches we are here to guide you and show you exactly what to do, we won’t leave you to figure it out. Plus you will be surrounded by like minded people who are relatable and friendly 😊
