’Tis the season.

Proud to back the Community Board again this year by hanging Christmas lights in one of the town's iconic trees.

A good crew, a good cause, and a solid yearly tradition.

Taneora Martin, our liaison arborist is set to compete in a new competition at the Kumeu Show, Canopy Carnage on 8th and 9th March 2025.

This new event will include a freestyle tree climb, where a climber will start the event at the top of the tree, with the aim being to get to the ground and hit a buzzer as fast as possible whilst visiting various stations in the tree on the way down.

The second event will be an ascent, where the climber will race up a single rope to a pre-determined height, this event is run with two competitors side by side, and the fastest time wins!
