Started installing some of our feature claddings up at Korimako Drv.
Hardwood timber from LMA is reclaimed Australian Hardwood from things like old power poles, warfs, piers, warehouses, bridges etc. Here we have used Mixed Pales which is predominantly a combination of Tallowwood and Blackbutt. This timber is tough! It'll have a life span of at least 40 years without re-oiling so exceptionally low maintenance which I love.
The facade panel is Montage from BGC. A pre-formed, pre-finished fibre cement product that is installed on a clip system with very little fixings. It will give a nice contrast and aesthetic from the street view. And of course, extra low maintenance.
