Hi everyone. Excited to be starting back tomorrow. YAY 💇‍♀️

We have spent the last two days calling as many of you as possible but it became a little overwhelming. If you haven’t heard from us yet .... DONT PANIC.... we are getting there. Just because we couldn’t get hold of you doesn’t mean we don’t love you.... please understand we have a lot of new rules to follow (47 pages to be precise)🙄

As I said earlier, things will operate a little differently for awhile but it’s okay ....we’ve got your back.... so we do please ask that you stick to the time allocated for your booking as we need to sanitise each station between clients.

Due to the distancing rules we also ask that you come alone to your appointment as there is no waiting area at level 2 🙃

And not to sound obvious.... but please 🙏🏻 stay home if you are feeling unwell 🤒

You are welcome to bring your own tea, coffee or magazines as they are also unavailable at level 2 ..... we do however have bottled water and wifi 😆

We are so looking forward to getting back to some sort of new normal.... good luck to all businesses starting back tomorrow, stay safe and please remember to shop local.... we really appreciate it 🥰

Here's a quick update. As most of you will know.... as we expected … we are unable to operated @ level three ;-(

As soon as we get a timeline for level 2 we will be able to take bookings however as I mentioned in my previous post..... level 2 will look quite different and we possibly wont be able to work @ full capacity so please be patient with us. Remember... we are in this together. Say safe and hopefully we will see you all soon XX
