Moments before lifting 290 kgs to secure the 2nd place at GPC New Zealand Nationals last Sunday
FROM 80 KGS x 1 REP ➡️ 117.5 KGS x 4 REPS 😱
Huge win for online coaching client who has recently smashed a big 117.5 kg squat for 4 reps this past week!
