Travelled to Kawerau golf club today to attend the secondary school J.I Manihera Memorial golf tournament, to tautoko two school
academy’s I’ve been working with, Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o te koutu and more recently Western Heights High School.

Congratulations to Western Heights for taking out the J.I Manihera memorial teams event.
It was a great day watching you all partake and compete.
Well done teams.

As a whanau we are very humbled by the aroha shown to Hunter and us for her next chapter in the USA.

Thank you to firstly everyone that registered a team or 2 or 3 that wanted to tautoko. Many of you travelled from near and far. We really appreciate it.

We were extremely blessed to have prizes, Kai, posters, pics from the day and help just given and it all has had an impact on how awesome the day turned out and really demonstrated how awesome the tribe is that surrounds our girl.

Massive shoutout to Lakeview Golf and Country Club and more importantly the members who have doted on this girl since day 1. The next generation of juniors will be extremely lucky to have you as a supportive golfing family.

Hard to put into words just how we feel. But thankyou for believing in Te Rohu like we always have. We know she will go there and give 120% and make us all proud to have been instrumental on her journey 🫶
