Mau Mahi, Mau Motuhake Work Experience!

Last week, our rangatahi spent the day at Horohoro farm block gaining valuable hands-on building and construction experience. They rolled up their sleeves to build a worm farm, plant trees, and even lay some concrete!

It's their first week with us, and we're thrilled to be part of their journey. We can't wait to see all the amazing things they'll achieve!

Meet Jake.

Jake started with us in August 2024. Since then, Jake has completed the Pre-Trade Building and Construction course through Vertical Horizonz.
During that time, Jake completed two weeks work experience with Sabre Construction and did a great job which secured him a fixed term contract. Jake was reliable and turned up for mahi every day and has now secured a full-time position and an apprenticeship with Sabre.
