A red severe weather warning is in place for our region, causing significant flooding, slips, and numerous power cuts. We expect possible service disruptions during this weather event.

Network Tasman is reporting:
Power is off in Golden Bay, Motueka, and many other parts of our network. Due to conditions, it’s unsafe for crews to work near the lines, so it’s unlikely power will be restored tonight.

19/03/25 - 1:20AM - All services have been restored ✅ If issues persist, please restart your router by powering it off for 10 seconds before turning it back on.

18/03/25 19:30 – We are still working with our network partner to resolve the issue. Services are expected to be restored between 11 PM and 1 AM once the replacement part arrives.

18/03/25 17:30 PM – We are still working on a fix with our network partners.

18/03/25 15:30 PM – The upstream issue has been identified and is currently being worked on.

18/03/25 14:00 PM – Some customers maybe experiencing issues due to a network fault affecting our services.
