We are very sad about having their last reformer class yesterday. It’s been an amazing relationship to be able to work along side them. We wish Lisa and Kate all the best for their new job roles. ❤️ I suppose when one door closes, another one opens… we are thrilled to be able to carry on at the Seed Site in the role of physiotherapy rehabilitation, 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates reformer, and Pilates mat class instruction…watch this space… new things coming soon.

We are pretty excited to have this gorgeous wahine join our team. For those of you who haven’t met her yet, this is Nat (Nathalie Zaja). She combines a physio degree, yoga instructing, Pilates reformer instructing, massage therapy (including lymphatic drainage!) and much more into a very good treatment.
