We are honored to announce that Kotare Rise has been selected as a finalist for the Best Design Award 2024

Congratulations to all the other finalists, and a big well done to all the teams who have put their efforts into this project.

From the NZIA Award - Shortlist to the ADNZ Award - Regional Multi-Unit Housing, we are proud of this success and look forward to celebrating with the Best Design Award on awards night.

It was an honor to be awarded by ADNZ, last Friday night with three regional award and one highly commended.

Hyde Residence：New Home over 300m2 - Regional Award

Hyde Residence is a single dwelling located on the coast of Rothesay Bay, a combination of three floors of the design to maximize the view of Rangitoto Island.

Kotare Rise：Multi-Unit Housing - Regional Award

Kotare Rise Terraces comprises three-story townhouse units tailored for contemporary families seeking a downsized living experience within a suburban setting.

Sevenpoke：Commercial Interior & Fitout - Highly Commended
Resene Colour in Design Award - Regional Award

Sevenpoke is a contemporary lunch bar specializing in Hawaiian and Asian-inspired Poke bowls, sandwiches, and beverages. The design brief includes both the interior of the store and the visual identity package for the brand.
