The WIPCE Cocktail Function was a huge night of connection, celebration, and pure fun. With guests from all over the world gathered in Auckland, it was a chance for delegates to unwind after a big week, enjoy great music, and soak in some incredible cultural performances. Bands, DJs, and powerful talent kept the energy high all evening!

Always such a pleasure working with the amazing team at Ellerslie for their annual Melbourne Cup Day celebrations. It’s one of the highlights of our year! 🏇✨

We powered the day with technical support for the PA and commentary sound system indoors and out, for broadcast, for the grandstands, the band, the presentations, and most importantly, for John McGough Trumpeter/DJ/MC!

This year had all the energy, glamour and excitement of Auckland’s only Melbourne Cup event with live racing happening right on the track. Being part of New Zealand’s largest Melbourne Cup celebration is something we’re really proud of.

Edwards has adopted a tram! 🚋 We lit up this incredible tram display for MOTAT’s ‘It Started with a Tram’ talk earlier this month.

At the Te Puawānanga Science and Technology Centre, Tramway Project Manager and leading tram expert James Duncan brought the story of Auckland’s electric trams to life, as outside, we illuminated MOTAT’s spectacular display.

The story of Auckland’s trams was so tramtastic that we adopted Tram No. 100 (or “Puffing Billy”)! It was built in 1891, and is one of only two operational steam trams of its type left in the world!
