​1. Lodge with Insurance: Contact your provider to start the claim 📞

​2. Visit Premier Panel & Paint: Come in so we can take photos of the damage 📸

​3. Estimate & Parts: We calculate costs, source parts, and submit them to your insurance 📜

​4. Authorisation Form: Once approved, we will send you a confirmation form to sign🖊

​5. Book Repair Date: Once signed and returned, we secure your booking date 📅

​6. Vehicle Drop-Off: Drop your vehicle off on the scheduled day and leave the rest to us!

​No appointment necessary, just pop down between 8am & 4.30pm Monday to Friday to begin the estimate process & we will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible ☺️
