Ive been prepping hundreds of people for bodybuilding for years. I dont promote myself so usually word of mouth is how peeps come to me. A few days ago I got random message from a client I prepped 20 years ago. He's been searching for me and wants me to help him again for general health. We chatted away with fond memories of the shows he did. Filled my little heart with fuzzies.
