Extrusion Operator/Leading Hand

We are a Papakura based plastic extrusion company seeking operators for our Monday - Friday shift work.

If job security and culture of your work place matters to you, this is the place to work. RD Manufacturing makes PE pipe and drainage products for mainly the farming and forestry industries. The company has modern computer-controlled extrusion machinery, some the only of their type in New Zealand.

We are seeking operators who have experience within the manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will secure a permanent position and a competitive pay rate. The shift pattern is 2 weeks morning 7.30am to 3.30pm, 2 weeks afternoon 3.30pm to 11.30pm

What we need from you
• Minimum of 1-3 years working as a machine operator – ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in plastic extrusion or similar would be a bonus
• Current Class 1 Drivers Licence
• Forklift Licence
• Sound knowledge of basic engineering principles
• Good level of fitness
• Right to live and work in New Zealand
