End of the financial year today for most people. If you have stock (retail or livestock), don't forget to carry out a stock-take. Also, make sure you have written any bad debts off your ledger to ensure you are entitled to a deduction and review your fixed assets to see if there are any items that need writing off.

2014 end-of-year income tax, Working for Families Tax Credits and student loan payments are due on 7 April (if you have a tax agent or accountant with a valid extension of time).
