Question: I am training for the The Wuu-2k Trail Marathon, and Ultra-Marathon. Can you give me an idea of what is in the programme and also the time commitment?

Answer: Each programmes includes lots of variety including cross training, hill specific workouts and regular testing, providing all of the training that you need to successfully complete The Wuu-2k Trail Marathon, and Ultra-Marathon.
The 43km Trail Marathon programme 6-10 hours of training per week (incl. cross training).
The 62km Trail Ultra-Marathon programme 8-12 hours of training per week (incl. cross training).
The 21km Trail Half-Marathon programme 4-6 hours of training per week (incl. cross training).
