We are thrilled to share that Julia Heffter has returned to the Sports Therapy massage team. Some of you may remember Julia from her time with us back in 2023-24.
Julia has experience in myofascial release and deep tissue massage along with lymphatic drainage techniques. With her history of physiotherapy (in Germany), Julia is a special asset when it comes to her knowledge of injury care and is able to apply this to her massage treatments.
Julia is available for 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute massage on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons.
