Few busy weekends getting this little sleepout built for Dylan at KC&CO. Real Estate

Staircase and custom balustrade we made last week.
Using 90mm kwila decking boards for the balustrade ripped down to 45mm batterns and fixed with stainless decking screws.
Awesome to see clients stoked with the work we do 😄

Its been great completing this project for Paul and Pamela up Bay View Drive. How good are these views!

- New kwila deck.
- Retaining wall.
- Concrete slab for the swim spa.
- Garden shed with a new pathway for easy access onto the steep area of the section.
