As of october the monday evening class will shift to wednesdays... same time same place : 5.45-7pm at Natural Living, Founders.
So next week monday then in october, wed! Jai :-)

Let us meet again, at level 'delta 2'.
Thursday mornings 9.45-11am, and monday evenings 5.45-7pm at Natural Living, Founders.
We will keep 2m distance between mats. For this reason I encourage you to book as numbers will be limited (text or PM me).
Also if you have your own mat please bring it along.
Enter building with a mask on, scan, hand sanitize... still apply :-)
