Windows 10's Service is Ending - October 2025
We just posted an article explaining whats going to happen over the next year regarding Windows 10 and its eventual closure.

Level 2 – we are open but note the following

Our shop is OPEN for pick up and drop off – we do not offer over the counter troubleshooting in level 2. Please wear a face covering and scan our QR code on arrival.

We do onsite visits subject to physical distancing requirements.

Level 4 Lockdown
To our valued customers,

We are OPEN for phone support and remote control support from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Our shop will be closed and we will not be able to do site visits. However we are monitoring the [email protected] mailbox and the 035480007 phone number.

If you need assistance with any computer problem give us a call or alternatively send us an email.

Whilst some consider us an essential service the government does not!

We may not be able to get back to you straight away but we will and try and help using our famous remote control service.
