We often see this problem when a V8 has the block and heads milled but the intake manifold is not machined to suit. After milling, the ports lined up correctly and the crush on the end seals was good too.

An 855 Cummins run in and tested on the dyno ready to be refitted to a log hauler.

This is a 265 Hemi I built to run mainly on LPG. The initial start up and timing are sorted and the car is nearly ready to go back into service as a daily driver.
