Day 9 / 10! I can't believe how quickly the ten day detox section of our new Your Best Life program is going! All the extra nutrition flooding my cells as they renew, will have me feeling fantastic once they have completed the cycle with minimal toxins and maximum nutrients (you are what you eat) 💪🏼💚 On Thursday I'll switch from detoxing, to an integration program that builds on my efforts so far, and carries me through until the end of December ☀️ I've enjoyed this detox so much, I'm going to do it again in October - who wants to join me?! Day 4 - The recipes in my detox booklet are some of the yummiest I've ever made! The smoothies are next level delicious 😍 And last night's beetroot soup even had Indie asking for a bowl!! I'm feeling a little tired tonight, so we'll see what the morning brings ☀️ But tonight was the first meal to chew so far - I chose an easy omelette, and the mushrooms were heaven to chew 😂 Friday is normally pizza night here, so I'll have to whip up something tasty so I'm not tempted! Wish me luck 💛

Detox Day 2 and I'm definitely feeling some of the side effects! I woke up with a headache - which means it's working right?! After a yummilicious Emerald Bliss smoothie, a big drink of water and green & raspberry tea, I feel much better 💚
