Introducing the new brandmark for Change Management Solutions

For this project the brandmark became the anchor point, a distilled visual expression of the meaning and transformation Change Management Solutions brings to every client engagement. The consultancy helps organisations understand where they are now, map a clear path forward, and lead teams through change in a way that builds trust and capability at every step.

The mark reflects intentional movement and progression, symbolising the thoughtful guidance and strategic clarity the consultancy brings to organisational transitions. The visual identity is grounded in values of integrity, innovation, leadership, and evidence based practice. Rather than embracing trends for the sake of trendiness, it prioritises simplicity, coherence, and timelessness, giving the brand depth and substance that feels authentic to the work they do.

Introducing a playful new colour palette for a brand I absolutely loved working on!

Starting with one existing primary colour, I extended the palette to give the brand more flexibility, with thoughtfully chosen colour combinations to make staying on brand effortless.
