Attending the 2023 Architectural Design NZ National conference at the new Takina Convention Centre in Wellington.

Recently we completed a new building for the Samoan Methodist Church in Taita, Lower Hutt. Not our typical type of work, but still rewarding. The clients did a magnificent job at decorating and fitting out the inside.

With just 8 weeks until Christmas, we are now looking to take on work we can start in January. I can still come and meet you and provide advice and a quote during November and a December however. Keen to tee up work for the first quarter 2022, so give me a call or send me a message.

Another reminder that Intelligent Design is still operating over this Covid-19 lockdown period. The staff have set up bases at home and are connected thanks to the beauty of technology.

You may be interested to hear that the majority of our current clients have decided to proceed with their project, which is good news. Even more interesting may be the fact that we have picked up a handful of new jobs over the past week! So it is not all doom and gloom out there, and people are realizing that when life returns to 'normal', the housing sector will still be under pressure.
