A few of the Spirits Unlimited Ltd range of Liqueur flavours. These guys were the originators of Home Distilling and it is them we have to thank for our neat little hobbie, they have been around for over 30 years. In fact, i was selling their stills for about 3 years before it became legal in NZ. Apparently the Port is rather good, i have a couple of older gentlemen who are whitebaiters, and they go through quite a few of these every season, just sitting round watching and sipping.

CCCs. or Copper Catalytic Converter. What these things do is to react with the Sulphates (that are naturally produced during Fermentation), by converting them into odourless, tasteless, compounds. By inserting them up into the base of the column, thus placing them in the direct path of our alcohol vapors as the pass up through our column. Starting to clean our spirits as they are being produced.
