The RDA Consulting crew traded spreadsheets for sleuthing and spent an evening solving a murder mystery together. Plenty of laughs, a few “aha” moments, and maybe some unexpected detective skills came out along the way.

Construction Monitoring --What is it? What does it involve? Why do I require it?

Construction monitoring is a series of geotechnical inspections undertaken to ensure the project's foundations align with design consent and council requirements.

On-site inspections are undertaken at key construction phases, eg subgrade, pile, earth fill compaction. The number of inspections varies based on the project requirements, typically they are outlined in council's consent conditions or requested by the engineer or project manager.
