🇳🇿 Wrestling + BJJ + Muay Thai is the perfect combination for leveling up your MMA skills. In this video, after defending a takedown, I used the wrestling underhook to change places with my sparring partner and put him under pressure on the wall; then, I used knee strikes to lure him to try another takedown; when he tried it, I pulled him down in the guillotine position, adjusted the technique, and got the submission.
