We’re grateful to be stepping into 2026 with new mahi and a new creative healing space for groups under ACC.
Our Women’s Creative Art Therapy Healing Collective begins Wednesday 11th February, running for 8 weeks, 10am–2pm, at 151 Gala Street, Invercargill.
This ACC-supported group offers wāhine a trauma-informed, culturally grounded space to explore healing through creative expression, gentle grounding practices, and shared reflection. No art experience is needed — this is about process, not performance.
Referrals are now open. Clients must be referred by their Lead Provider and have approved hours for group work. Spaces are limited to 10 participants.
We also have further groups planned later in the year if this timing doesn’t suit.

I know I’ve been quiet on social media this year, but the work itself has been anything but quiet.
This season has been full of learning, growth, and meaningful moments in the spaces I’m privileged to hold. As the year comes to a close, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every client who has trusted me with their stories, their courage, and their healing this year.
I step into this season with deep gratitude for the opportunities, the learning, and the work that continues to shape me both personally and professionally.
Wishing you a gentle, restorative Christmas and a hopeful New Year.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
With gratitude and hope, Ingrid

Re:Woven Therapy Charitable Trust & Piece of Cake Invercargill
Night of the Arts - Poetry Pharmacy
Welcome to the fringe, where the medicine is metaphor
and the open mic is a portal.
Here, Poetry Pharmacy offers remedies for restless hearts:
Telegram blessings.
Spoken word salves.
A slice of something sweet, and a sliver of something sacred.
In collaboration with the whimsical hearts at Piece of Cake,
we're curating an evening of story, soul, and poetic soulfood—
fringed with feeling, frosted with truth.
Featuring our guest artists:
Julian Noel — actor, storyteller, mischief maker.
He tells the kind of stories that scratch at the soul, personal myths, ancestral echoes, fierce truths wrapped in laughter.
Because we all live inside stories—handed down, inherited, invented.
Katie Greene — poetic, rhythmic, and joyfully grounded.
A lover of all things, born in Invercargill, shaped by the Wellington slam scene.
Her pen is lit with the fire of Tayi Tibble, Chris Tse, and Jessica Hinerangi.
Her poems: both gentle and electric.
Irirangi Luke — kindness made sound.
Mystic melodies and lyrical wisdom spill from her being.
She sings what your ancestors want you to remember.
A voice that is a balm.
Ben Wilmot — raw, honest, messy, beautiful.
A brave conversationalist who doesn’t flinch from the ache.
He speaks what your heart has been trying to say.
Ingrid Campbell — poet, therapist, weaver of stories.
Her journey to wholeness is etched in every line—
a reclamation of truth, a challenge to injustice,
a reflection of culture and courage in bold poetic enquiry.
This is not just a show, it’s a sanctuary.
Come taste the fringe.
Come speak your piece.
Come receive a poem like a prescription
and leave with telegram tenderness stitched in your spirit.
