Goshen Bluff

I’ve been so flat out this weekend Indidnt get to open the parcel that arrived so promptly, until now. Wow, what a fabulous book 😍 I love books that give us the background knowledge we need to be creative with what we have on hand, what we grow and what we access to because it’s so variable and in the Deep South many ingredients are ridiculously expensive or not easily accessible and we have so much that does thrive locally but doesn’t often feature in standard recipe books.
