SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!

The Sexual Health Services will be closing from Wednesday 24th December and will reopen on Monday 5th January.

The last day for appointments at 3 Ohaupo Road is Tuesday 23rd of December.

If you're taking regular medication we prescribe just a reminder to check you have enough to last you through the holiday period. Call us as soon as possible to book an appointment you're going to need another prescription.

Kia ora e te whaanau! Rainbow Hub Waikato is proud to present our first ever whaanau support event. Who’s this event for? Anyone who is a parent, caregiver, guardian or whaanau member supporting a member of the rainbow community.

For young people who are s*x, gender or s*xually diverse, exploring their identity can be tricky to navigate and a challenging journey at times. We also know the same goes for their whaanau who don’t always know what to say or how to show support.

The event will start with whanaungatanga so you can connect with each other, then a rainbow 101 session exploring the identities of young rainbow people. We will then have a Live Q&A session to help answer your questions and offer further support.

Our whaanau support event will be facilitated by our Education Coordinator, Support Coordinator and Team Leader who all have vast and diverse experience supporting, educating and working with our rainbow rangatahi.

This event will be held on Sunday the 3rd of December from 10:00am - 12:00pm in Rainbow Hub Waikato’s Event Space located at level 1, 36 Bryce Street, Hamilton Central. There is 2 hours free parking on the street as well as 1 hour free parking at Centre Place followed by a Half hour charge thereafter of $2.00
