The Year of the Horse represents momentum, independence, and endurance - a reminder that after the holiday rhythm settles, it’s time to move forward with clarity and intent.

In 2014, we began as a solo pursuit in design and photography. Ideas were shaped in cafés, cameras travelled everywhere, and ambition was the only structure. What started as passion evolved through perseverance, collaboration, and relentless creative drive.

Our first chapter was BRAINJAM Production - born from late-night ideas and pure energy. Soon came our first commercial studio. By 2016, rapid growth led to an in-house print department, later becoming its own company.

In 2018, we stepped into a defining era as LAMB Creative - shifting from makers to brand builders, strategic partners, and creative problem-solvers. Precision, craft, and thoughtful ex*****on became our foundation.

After six years, a global pandemic, and countless projects, we evolved again.

Today, we are Highwater Collective - a consultancy where strategy and creativity rise together. Delivering integrated solutions across brand, digital, spatial, and business strategy, we focus on clarity, bold expression, and measurable impact.
