We're heading to IRONMAN New Zealand this weekend – March 1, 2025. We are doing Sweat Sodium tests Thursday & Friday, so don't miss the opportunity.

We're heading to Wellington on the 25th & 26th January to conduct another round of sweat sodium tests. There are still a few spots left for this weekend so don't miss the opportunity.

If you're not paying much attention to your sweat loss during exercise, then you might be missing out on performing at your best. Knowing the sodium content of your sweat is crucial to performance and if CRAMPS are affecting you while racing or training, knowing this number may help alleviate those painful and at times debilitating experiences.

There is not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to hydration as everyone loses a different amount of sodium in their sweat, from as little as 200mg per litre of sweat, to over 2,000mg/l - this is largely genetically determined.
