What is your Ikigai?

A very HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025. Thank you to all the clients and students who came to see me at Koru Self Development for hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing, Reiki training or Reiki sessions. I wish you all a wonderful year ahead filled with everything you dream of. As you welcome in the new year, think about setting some goals and new intentions to move towards. I will be back at work soon but in a limited capacity until I heal from a recent back injury.
