Proud to be part of the Fightfit NZ family, Karen Pavich is our resident Massage Therapist, located upstairs in the gym.
Karen has 25 years experience working with clients of all ages and levels of fitness to help them achieve their goals and has developed particular skills in treating long term injuries,stress and chronic pain.
Sessions are tailored to suit a clients individual needs and may incorporate several different styles of massage.
