A week of many trial proofs of my key etching for the exhibition!! Decided to try warmish colours...
Settled on the Cranfield Gold ink

Then to get a softer image, I printed the plate a second time without re inking. The ghost print.

I cleaned the plate and inked it up with Charbonnel black ink and decided to try printing it on the rotated ghost print

SERENDIPITY!!!!! - "making desirable discoveries by chance, fluke" 😂

What an amazing unexpected result... so pleased.
