Meditation on Reciprocity 12/06/2026

What does reciprocity mean to you?

Reciprocity is often understood as the balance between giving and receiving, but it can also shape our relationships, communities, workplaces, and overall wellbeing.

When reciprocity is present, trust can grow, connections can strengthen, and people can feel more supported and valued. When it is absent, relationships and systems can become strained.

This week's Friday Meditation explores the theme of Reciprocity and invites reflection on the role it plays in creating healthier, more connected communities and a more sustainable approach to wellbeing.
