🐾 NEW HOME NEEDED THIS WEEK 🥲

With heavy hearts, the owner is seeking a loving new home for this beautiful 1-year-old Lab X due to the current housing environment no longer being suitable for him.

This decision has not been made lightly. He is dearly loved, and the owner's greatest wish is to find a special family who will love him unconditionally and provide the life he deserves.

🐶 About Him:

• 1 year old Lab X

• Great with people and children

• Very affectionate and loves cuddles and kisses

• Enjoys being close to his family

• Energetic, playful, and full of personality

• Requires plenty of mental stimulation, enrichment, and exercise

• Quite the escape artist, so secure fencing is essential

• Unknown how he is with cats or other small animals

📍 Auckland

• Not desexed

• Registered

The owner's highest priority is finding the right home rather than the first home. He deserves a family who will cherish him, include him in their daily life, and provide the love, care, attention, and commitment he needs.

Meet Simba, a handsome one-year-old Shar-Pei cross Pitbull who is currently seeking his forever home. Due to sudden strict landlord restrictions, the current owner must urgently find him a new home to avoid facing eviction. The owner is fully committed to finding Simba a safe, loving environment and wishes to bypass shelter systems entirely. Simba has been raised alongside the owner's young son and is exceptionally wonderful with children.

If the applicant resides within a reasonable distance from South Auckland, the owner is happy to assist with transporting him directly to his new home.

Hello all, the owner is needing to rehome these beautiful pups as they have been returned to the owner and unfortunately the owner has been unable to secure alternative homes for them. The owner is unable to keep them as they already have their own established group of dogs. The owner will also be posting their other sister at a later stage as she is currently in recovery after also being returned in poor condition. (Edit: they were returned through no fault of their own.

Names: Bolt (male), Aurora (female)
Date of Birth: 21/05/2023
Breed: Pitbull / Staffy / American Bulldog

Vaccinations: Have received parvo vaccinations and will be due for their annual boosters soon
Desexed: Aurora is desexed, Bolt is not
Registered / Microchipped: No
Location: Weymouth, Auckland

Preferred home: A farm environment or a home with a large secure yard where they will live indoors as inside dogs, as they have always been house-raised and have never slept outside. A committed, loving home that can provide care, stability, and unconditional love is preferred.

Aurora:
Aurora is a gentle and affectionate female who is good with children. She has not been exposed to cats or livestock, so her response to them is unknown. She does not get along well with other dogs due to previous attacks, which has made her anxious around them.

She may suit being an only dog unless the adopter has experience with careful desensitisation training. Aurora is crate trained and toilet trained, and will alert when she needs to go to the toilet. She is vocal, affectionate, and very people-oriented.

She travels well in the car and is desensitised to fireworks. She is also tolerant of bathing and grooming. She can occasionally be selective in listening but is generally responsive. She is a loving dog with a very affectionate personality.

Bolt:
Bolt is a playful and food-motivated male who enjoys treats and learning commands such as “paw” and “beg.” He can be a little lazy at times and tires easily. He gets along with some male and female dogs but is selective, so an only-dog home is preferred unless introductions are done slowly and carefully. He has a playful personality and enjoys water, getting dirty, and also enjoys baths and grooming before bedtime. He is crate trained and toilet trained. He is good with children, including babies and toddlers, but has not been tested with cats or livestock. He is generally well-mannered and affectionate.

The owner will not be rehoming them to just anyone and will be asking for references and appropriate checks. More photos can be provided upon request.
