Just mucking around at the gym and hit a 5kg weighted muscle-up 🥵

Tried 10kg but didn’t quite make it (my shoulder's a bit dodgy, so I didn’t want to push it…)

This movement used to feel absolutely impossible to me. Now it's one of the fun exercise’s I get to play with. I started playing with calisthenics because I sucked at gymnastics and wanted to do cool things with my body. Now I’ve fallen in love with bodyweight training as a system.
