It’s the shortest day 🎉 Does anyone else find that relieving?
As the days get colder, it can be tempting to put your routine on hold. But winter is often when consistent movement makes the biggest difference to your energy, strength and overall wellbeing.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Winter Wellness Series, with some fresh & fun pop-up classes to keep us all motivated and connected.
Winter Pop-Up Classes
Alongside our regular timetable, we’ll be introducing a selection of special classes designed to help you move, recover and reconnect throughout the season, including:
* Roll & Release for Matariki
* Yoga Nidra
* Drum & (Barre) Base
* Themed Barre & Pilates sessions
* A lymphatic yoga flow
And because we know winter can also be a time when motivation (and budgets!) are stretched, we’ve put together a couple of special offers to make it even easier to stay consistent and keep moving with us.

12 Classes for the Price of 10
Purchase a 10-class concession for $180 and we’ll add 2 bonus classes on us. That’s 12 classes for the price of 10 (saving $40)
3-Month Membership – $460
This winter, we’re offering 3 months of unlimited classes for $460 (usually $520) to support you in building a consistent movement routine through the colder months.
Both offers are available until Sunday 28th.

Our timetable looks a little different over the next 7 weeks as Anna is away on an adventure! She’s off to immerse herself in dance education, and then visit friends and whānau in the UK.
Classes will mostly stay the same with our current team covering them. You’ll see a few extra Mat Pilates classes over this time though, and our Wednesday 6.15pm class will become a Yin Yoga class for the rest of winter.
We will miss you, Anna! But we are so stoked you’re taking this time for yourself to learn, dance and rest! 🥰

Something a little different for your Friday evening. 🔥
Join Anna for a special Drum & Bass Barre class — a high-energy take on our Barre Base Express format, set entirely to a drum and bass soundtrack.
You’ll move through the same full-body barre class you know and love, with lower-body endurance work, glute and core strengthening, upper-body posture work, and plenty of dynamic pulses. The difference? A faster pace, heavier beats, and a fun studio atmosphere.
Low impact, challenging, and energising.
