Cold mornings and construction sites don't always make the easiest combination! ❄️ Thanks to Henry King from NRG Dunedin South for stopping by to put our Otago team through a series of warm-ups and mobility exercises last week.

The crew picked up some simple stretches and movements they can use before work to help prepare their bodies for the day ahead. On frosty Dunedin mornings, every little bit helps!
