More rain for coastal Otago before 8pm tonight.
Coastal parts of north Otago may get extra 20–40mm rain.
Coastal Dunedin (north of the City) may get extra 15–25mm rain.
Rain intensity has decreased, but max rates of 5 to 7 mm/h are expected. Snow likely above 400 metres.
Streams and rivers may rise rapidly. Surface flooding, slips, and difficult driving conditions possible.
Stay safe and look after each other and drive cautiously if you need to head out.
