Purchase this package & book to start with a 30minute 1-1 Pre-screening & Introduction to the Reformer.
Then register to do 4 classes over the next 4 weeks.
All for a total of $130 (that's $43 less than it would usually cost).

Our classes are 60 minutes of quality movement that mixes feeling good with working hard and targets the whole body!

These are small group (limited to 5 participants) Pilates Reformer Classes led by Fully Qualified and Experienced Pilates Instructors & Physiotherapists at our purpose-built Pilates Studio in the Centre of Dunedin!

Class times are:
- Monday 1pm
- Monday 6pm
- Wednesday 6pm
- Friday 2pm
- Saturday 12pm

In support of Men's Mental Health Month & our male clients, we will be offering Pilates for Men Mat Classes during the month of June!

These classes are to raise awareness & funds for Talk whose mission is to improve the mental health of New Zealanders by removing the stigma surrounding men talking about feelings, and providing therapeutic tools for the community.

So come & join us, bring along a mate & it's 2 for 1, you can both join us for $20!
