Unworthiness is one of the most common inner child wounds I see through my work and it has a profound impact on every aspect of life.

This wound is especially common in those raised within narcissistic, emotionally unsafe, highly critical, inconsistent, or emotionally neglectful family systems.

Unworthiness is also highly magnetic, so it’s common to draw in other people or situations that reinforce feeling unworthy and the cycle repeats.

When the wound is healed at the core, the undercurrent of unworthiness dissolves - and so do the patterns built upon it.

TO HEAL

We need to work directly with the inner children who carry the original unworthiness wound.
